If you purchase a product on the website https://clabskin.com/, you have the right to change your mind and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide any justification (for example, simply because you didn't like the product after receiving it).
This right is recognized to you, as a consumer, by Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206).
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be intact so that it can be put back on sale.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are always entitled to a refund of the amount paid and standard shipping costs; however, you must pay the return shipping costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to the addresses listed below). You may use the withdrawal declaration we have provided, but it is not mandatory.

You have 14 days from the moment you receive the purchased goods to return them. This period is usually referred to as the "withdrawal period."

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
We will not accept returns at the recipient's expense. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the products.
The product(s) must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with the original seal intact (if present) and must not have been tampered with in any way that diminishes their original value.
