Legal guarantee of conformity
The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) and protects the consumer in the event of remote purchases of defective products, which malfunction or do not meet the use declared by the seller or for which the goods are generally intended.
All products purchased on the websitehttps://clabskin.com that present faults, malfunctions, or defects of conformity existing at the time of purchase or which appear within two years of delivery are covered by the seller's warranty.
The legal guarantee lasts two years from delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.
The warranty starts from the date you receive the product. We invite you to keep a copy of the shipping document or delivery confirmation email and the purchase invoice, which are necessary to make a warranty claim.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you will be entitled, at your option, to have the defective item repaired or replaced by the seller, free of charge, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other.
If possible, the repair will be carried out as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days.
If replacement or repair is not possible, or the seller unjustifiably exceeds the 30-day deadline, you will still be entitled to a price reduction or to a refund commensurate with the value of the item, upon returning the defective product to the seller.

The legal guarantee of conformity does not extend to defects or faults resulting from accidental events or the Buyer's responsibility, or from incorrect storage, use of the product not in accordance with its intended use, and/or from what is indicated in the "Product Data Sheet." Any changes in the organoleptic characteristics of the products that may occur without altering their functionality are also not covered by the guarantee of conformity; in particular, the changes described in the product data sheet are not covered.
